Keizer Koopmans selected to design the urban plan of Reitse Campus, Tilburg!

Keizer Koopmans and Bureau B+B have been selected to design the urban plan for the Reitse Campus in Tilburg!

The Reitse Campus will be a lively and dense urban area with a mix of residential, work, sports, and educational functions. With over 2.000 new houses, the plan contributes to the ambition of the government and municipality to accelerate new housing developments. The area will focus on young professionals and form a central link in a new corridor connecting the green University campus with Tilburg train station. With a strong zoning of calm streets and lively public spaces, integration of various (stacked) sports functions, and striking architecture around the new heart of the neighborhood, the masterplan will have a layered quality that fits modern urban developments.

The Reitse Campus is part of ‘Kenniskwartier’: an area in Tilburg West that has been designated as one of the 16 large-scale housing development locations in the Netherlands (‘Novex’).
