The Station as a New City Heart

The Municipality of Enschede, ProRail, NS, the Province of Overijssel, and the Ministry of Infrastructure & Water Management, in collaboration with Keizer Koopmans and Bureau B+B urbanism and landscape architecture, have presented an ambitious integrated vision for the redevelopment of the Stationskwartier. The plan aims to transform the area around Enschede’s station into a modern, climate-adaptive, and multimodal hub for both the city and the wider region.
